OUR CORE FUNDING PROGRAM Grand Victoria Foundation supports nonprofit organizations in Illinois whose efforts expand educational opportunities for children, boost the economic vitality of cities and regions, and improve the health of our environment. Through our Core Program, grants are available to eligible organizations that work in any of the communities we serve. Through Elgin Grantworks, general operating grants are available to Elgin-based nonprofits. LEADERSHIP INITIATIVES Grand Victoria Foundation has formed strategic partnerships with community leaders around the state to collaborate on improving early care and education, workforce development, and land use and protection. These Leadership Initiatives seek to develop a bold vision, broad commitment, and sufficient resources to affect lasting change in each area.
